Feature Request: Support Ubuntu 20.04 Arm64

AVML should build & run successfully on Ubuntu 20.04 ARM64.

We cannot provide prebuilt binaries specifically for Ubuntu 20.04 ARM64 as the earliest Ubuntu version of GitHub hosted build agents is 22.04.

That said, recent builds to main should include ARM64 binaries that should work for you. See the linux-aarch64-artifacts available from this recent build: https://github.com/microsoft/avml/actions/runs/18751807468
