Improve installation of AGS via a bundled dmg or exe file

AGS is currently installed as a pip package ... This process is not the most friendly, even as a developer tool. It would be great to explore an installation UX that bundles the app into an installable dmg or exe file optimized for most users.

Thoughts and proposals on a good approach welcome. cc @ekzhu
