Docs: main readme needs an earlier link/entrypoint to the docs.

What feature would you like to be added?

I have to scroll quite a bit and go past Key Features etc to get to a link to the docs. We should find a way to make that easier.

Why is this needed?

it should be easy/obvious to find the documentation
