[Bug]: Unable to choose agents when there are many agents

Describe the bug

I have 30+ created agents. When I click on add an agent to a group chat, agents such as the userproxy cant be (easily) added because they cant be seen in the list. The list does not scroll. The only way to add the userproxy when the list of agents is long is to reduce the page view size to around 70% or less and then choose the agent, which is much lower in the list.

Steps to reproduce

Add 20-30 agents and then the agent list should scroll off screen when attempting to add agents to group chat.

The user should be able to scroll the list of agents or filter to reduce the available agents by name.
