[Feature Request]: silent one Agent

Sometimes I just want to silent a specific agent in the chats.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a is_silent property to a ConversableAgent. If not None, this agent's verbose will follow the is_silent instead of current parameter silent. In the meantime, the other agents' verbose will still follow the current silent if their is_silent are None.
