Hiii @sonichi @qingyun-wu need some clarification if instructions == None and GPTAssistantAgent has candidate_assistants at that case what are excepted instructions (AssistantAgent.DEFAULT_SYSTEM_MESSAGE or candidate_assistants[0].instructions)
