[Feature Request]: Change the tool_choice from auto

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It might be beneficial in some scenarios if agents don't have the choice of whether to use a tool, but make it mandatory to do so.

Probably a parameter with the register_for_llm to offset the auto setting of tool_choice

FYI to everyone you can just pass "tool_choice": "required" to llm_params in the constructor.
