This PR has two sample notebooks. One notebook reads Microphone input from a mic plugged into the system and converts the microphone input to text using speech recognition package. The second notebook reads Web Camera input from a camera plugged into the system and passes frames to Google Vision Pro model for Image to Text AI generation.
