add RetrieveUserProxyAgent and RetrieveAssistantAgent from autogen studio

I would use autogen studio with the possibility to have RetrieveUserProxyAgent and RetrieveAssistantAgent for agent.

There is quite a bit of work to support custom agents from studio. We are currently focused on stabilizing the experience for two agent and groupchat workflows. Support for other agent types is on the roadmap #737
