[BUG] Selecting text in modelcard view doesn't always work

Describe the bug

When I try to select text from the modelview page, it stops selecting once on list items in the markdown

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Phi 3.5 Mini modelcard Try to select all the text in the modelcard Notice that it stops selecting text on the list items

Expected behavior

I should be able to select all the text

I guess this is a MarkdownTextBlock/WCT bug?

We are using the older markdown control I believe and the new control doesn't have this issue. We need to investigate if we can swap to the new control
