sorry, new here and learning. Hopefully the picture loads. It isn’t a load failure it just does nothing. Just started today. Have been using AFE and now Excel labs heavily for over a year.

In the blank panel could you:

• right click > inspect (opens dev tools)
• find the "Console" tab along the top and switch to that
• see if there is any text or errors there

Hi, I am encountering the same issue. I found the Console and noted a few errors - the last one relates to rendering and may be the issue but I am not sure. Please see the attached screenshot of the console.

I am running Windows Pro in a Parallels virtual machine on a Macbook Pro 14" M1. Windows and the apps have worked flawlessly to date.
