Offline Use

When I'm travelling, using the AFE becomes a bit of a struggle as trying to open it when offline causes an error ("couldn't load required resource") and then the add-on disappears until I reinstall it.

Not sure whether possible based on the internals of the tool, but it does work of loaded online and then disconnecting.

Would be great if it'd just work, as travel time is usually a good time for this ki do of work...
