[BUG] Disappearing selection in HC modes

Describe the bug When running in HC modes, the radiobutton showing the selected Tree view option (Raw/Control/Content) doesn't render complete when the option is in hover state. Light mode and Dark mode work OK, but it fails in all Win11 HC modes

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start AIWin with the system in a HC mode (the screenshots use Aquatic but it's not unique to that theme
2. Select an element
3. Open the settings in the hierarchy view
4. Open the "Tree View" menu
5. Hover over a non-selected option--looks fine
6. Hover over the selected view and compare to the other options

Expected behavior It should be clear which option is selected

Actual behavior The circle that indicates the selected radiobutton disappears

This is probably just a case of not defining the correct brush for the highlight of the selected RadioButton. Marking as help wanted/community interest
