Docs should include links to working examples/demos

One of our Azure DevOps pilot teams suggested that they would have liked to see our onboarding docs link to working demo/example pipelines, so they could get a better idea of what exactly a working configuration looks like. This is a good idea (we do this already in https://github.com/microsoft/axe-pipelines-samples repo) which shouldn't be too hard to add, and besides being good for documentation it would be nice to have as a verification step that production is working as expected.
