lately. NET10 and VS2026 have finally been officially released, and I can't wait to upgrade. But it was found that xaml hot reload is completely ineffective. Please let me know the solution

try disable and enable Xaml Hot Reaload, then click on setting button and click on reset property to default value, restart visual studio. this worked for me.

Thank you @ghost1372! Enabling this restored XAML Hot Reload functionality and corrected the issue with the non-interactive XAML Live Preview.

I have the same problem, but disabling/enabling does not fix the issue. It seems that Hot Reload no longer works when the new Mono debugger is enabled. After disabling “Enable new .NET Mono debugger for MAUI apps” in the preview features, it works again.
