Describe the bug

On clean windows install and fresh VS, the workload to install winui and the template do not confgure the machine correctly.

Steps to reproduce the bug

First run experience: New VS 2022 install with WinUI new winui project Windows 11 sdk not installed Install SDK Press F5 again Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00.Debug.UWPDesktop missing Switch to release and works (but no debug)
