The Windows App SDK relies on Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools version is 10.0.22621.756, at present the latest stable version is 10.0.22621.2428, Please update to the latest stable version 10.0.22621.2428. 目前Windows 应用 SDK 版本依赖的Microsoft.Windows.SDK.BuildTools版本是10.0.22621.756，目前最新的稳定版本是10.0.22621.2428，希望能更新到最新的稳定版本10.0.22621.2428。

Steps to reproduce the bug

We found that the current Microsoft. Windowsappsdk 1.5 experiment 1 for Microsoft.. Windows SDK.
