SystemBackdrop: Need to document [Mica/DA]Controller behavior on Theme Change
Describe the bug
Apps deriving from SystemBackdrop to create custom materials need description of how theme change affects underlying SystemBackdropController - i.e. automatic update for default parameters, reliance on app to update for customized parameters.
