Add async version of AppNotificationManger APIs

Describe the bug

Consider adding an async version of some of the AppNotificationManager APIs like Show. It would be valuable to for developer to know when an AppNotification was deliever to the shell.

Steps to reproduce the bug

View the AppNotifications.idl and verify there is no async version of Show.
