All new HNS endpoints are getting allocated state 3 and even kubernetes.default is not getting resolved from these containers.

Can you please check if the calico related system pods are running OK on the linux node? we have met with calico networking related issue with 3.31.0, but it seems to be related with the control plane pod instead of pods on the windows node, just wondering if this could also be the case here.
This issue has been open for 30 days with no updates. no assignees, please provide an update or close this issue.
