[WinUI 3 Gallery: Design->Color]: On applying High Contrast modes, text present under 'Subtle fill' group is not visible as per High contrast standards

Environment Details:

OS Version: 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4315)

App: WinUI 3 Gallery

App Version: 2.6.0.0 (SDK 1.7)

AT: High Contrast

Pre-Requisite:

Turn on Windows High contrast theme (Settings->Accessibility->High Contrast->Turn on High Contrast->Select High Contrast Aquatic / Desert theme)

Repro Steps:

1. Launch the WinUI 3 Gallery app.

2. Navigate to search box using tab key.

3. Type 'Color' in search box and hit enter.

4. Navigate to 'Color' card and activate it.

5. Navigate 'Fill' list item and select it.

6. Now observe the text present under 'Subtle Fill' group

Actual Result:

On applying High Contrast modes, text present under 'Subtle file' group is not visible as per High contrast standards

Note: Same issue is observed in entire component

Expected Result:

On applying High Contrast modes, text present under 'Subtle file' group is should be visible as per High contrast standards

User Impact:

Low vision users who rely on high contrast will face difficulties, if text present under 'Subtle fill' group is not visible as per high contrast standards.
