Icons panel becomes inaccessible when window height is minimized and info card is expanded

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the Iconography page.
  2. Resize the window height to its minimum.
  3. Expand the info card at the top of the page.

Expected Result: The icons panel remains visible or accessible via scrolling.

Actual Result: The icons panel becomes hidden, and there's no way to scroll to it.

Hi @Zakariathr22, I am able to do the scroll after resizing to minimum height. Can you please try with the latest app and confirm if you are still seeing this issue.

This issue might be related to https://github.com/microsoft/WinUI-Gallery/pull/1884 since this bug isn't in the store version but it is in the main branch.
