Sorry for that recording by mobile phone, because the Windows built-in recorders (both Win+G and Win+Shift+S) can not capture the blink effect.

For me, it's not just the source code that blinks; the controls on the page also blink when scrolling to the bottom, even when the source code is collapsed. @niels9001, I’m curious if this is the same issue mentioned in #1699 or if it’s related to something else?
I am not able to see the blinking with source code, but am able to see the ItemsRepeater sample elements jump around. Is this what you're talking about?
If it's just the ItemsRepeater sample, it would be a rendering issue on ItemsRepeater, and would be related to #1699.

I think yes, it jump around very fast, so look like blink for me.
