ItemsView page crashes sometimes returning to that page

Description

  1. Launch WinUI 3 Gallery
  2. Expand the "Collections" area in the navigation pane
  3. Click "ItemsView" to go to that page
  4. Click on the "ListBox" page (or any other page) in the navigation pane
  5. Click the "ItemsView" page again, which may or may not crash
  6. Repeat steps 4-5 until crash. Selecting an item in one of the ItemsViews may help hit the crash quicker.

Crash occurs just after this error:

Failed to assign to property 'Microsoft.UI.Xaml.Controls.Primitives.ToggleButton.IsChecked'.

Has this issue been fixed? I'm unable to reproduce it in the Store app or when debugging the latest main branch in Visual Studio.
