Description

WinUI2 Gallery installed from Store cannot show devtool window of webview2. I pull the source code and switch to winui2 branch, and it does able to open devtool in BOTH debug and release build.

The Store version:

Will need to verify if this is a winui2 bug or WinUI-Gallery bug. @chingucoding has verified that it does not repro in winui3.
