Not able to locate element that is displayed in Inspect.exe for Paint 3D

I am not able to locate inside Paint 3D there is Thickness and Opacity silde at the right side that has bar just focus on that thumb I am trying to slide it I am getting exception there is no such element

So if the locator does not display in page source we wont be able to Locate that element
