The brightness of the image is wrong in photos APP.

My system is windows10, I have installed the raw codec extension, I opened the arw format image taken by a sony camera, the image brightness is normal, but the image brightness suddenly increases after a few seconds. Why is the brightness of the image inconsistent? DSC00412.zip
