Does WinAppDriver supported in Windows Server 2022 Azure Edition?

I have a pipeline for which simply Open the Microsoft Excel and register the product key for first time. I am using Appium 4.4.0 for clicking the buttons in c#. But, it is not working in the azure VMSS. Even after the clicks, the click event is not performed.
