would love to double click on the why. do you do your react / angular / other web dev in VS instead of VS Code?

Well , it's actually more like I don't really do web development more enterprise stuff in VS therefor not familiar with VS Code. Being available in VS just lowers the entry into web development for existing VS users , except if you guys recommend all users to bite the bullet and learn VS Code.

VS code is ideal for all web devs that is true, but I have to say having WebTemplateStudio in Visual studio 2019 would be a bonus and attract more developers to web dev, also windows template studio already works flawless with VS, then why not web template studio as well?

I think wont fix mean wont fix within the scope to end of August 2019, thus changing to oos label.

@tanya0609, labels like "won't fix" have strong meaning. Even OOS has strong meaning and for this context, same meaning as "won't fix". A suggestion may be just limit what is and is not in scope for your internship to a milestone and assign milestone to the stuff that is in scope for what you can do?

How this issue currently reads as it won't be worked on ever which based on your comment is not the intent.
