Support GraphQL

It would be awesome to have GraphQL as an option if this is meant to cover a broad range of options.

Would be pretty easy to add GraphQL API support for Cosmos DB. I can take this if nobody else is working on this right now. CC: @crutkas @sibille

@dandua98 do you know if this plugin ever plans on supporting other DBs like Mongo, Couchbase, PostgreSQL, etc

We will do our best to support community asks. We want to common scenarios along with complex, useful scenarios.

Each ask should be independent and With asks, I think it is useful to give some detail on the scenario, and help with the background.

For databases, we want to add more but cosmosDB does support mongo :)
