Support Ruby on Rails

I don't know if the intent is to make this extensible or what kinds of web applications it'll primarily support, but I wanted to suggest support for Ruby on Rails.

rails new covers most of the creation of a Rails app out of the box, so it should be possible to create a GUI for the Rails command line. I'm not sure if that makes sense for the way this extension is built or if the extension has to have the templates included in it, but I hope it helps :)
