Svelte 3 Support

Svelte and Sapper is growing and I think its a great alternative for React or Vue. What do you think having this as an option also? Thanks

PS: having other nodejs frameworks is also a great addition like Adonisjs, Koa, Hapi, etc....

With SvelteKit (https://svelte.dev/blog/whats-the-deal-with-sveltekit) on the horizon, any work on this feature should target that framework.
