More comprehensive documentation about WSL2 design and implementation

The official WSL2 documentation should be enriched with

• an architectural overview and details of the current design of WSL and extensibility options
• 9P usages and implementation both on the Linux and the Windows sides.

Just a heads-up that this should probably be an issue on the Docs repo rather than here (and one of the WSL team may move it there), but some (certainly not all) of your request is already in this issue there.

Note that the Doc accepts PR's, so if there's anything you want to write-up and submit, you can as well.
