Issue connecting with VPN.

Repro Steps

Verified Mirrored networking enabled . Verified WIN 11 Windows 11, rn I have conectivity on wsl but the vpn is not working (it is always like this after some period of inactivity, i have to fix it everyday) if i fix the vpn by running the installer, which restarts the service that I cant restart cause it needs priviliedge account to restart, then the vpn works on windows but i loose conectivity on wsl, i followed the guide to do the mirroring:

Expected to connect successfully.

Download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.
