My Terminal goes in the windows area even the command I use is kex --win

Repro Steps
I open the kex to make sure that windows are stay in the inside of the kali linux environment
Then this notification appears
Then when I click the terminal It goes in the windows insted
Expected Behavior
It should be stay inside kali linux
Actual Behavior
It goes it create own windows and it apprears in windows instead inside linux

Download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:
Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1
The script will output the path of the log file once done.
If this is a networking issue, please use collect-networking-logs.ps1, following the instructions here
Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.

@RenardMacorol did you follow the instructions in here https://www.kali.org/docs/wsl/wsl-preparations/? This is most likely bug in Kali distribution.

looks like it needs sudo for some reason
@gamunu Thank you It kinda work but it happens that when i sudo kex It acces to my root account with kinda harmful iguess traditionally when I use kali in wsl this problem not happens it starts to happen when accidentally click it outside the wsl
