Steps to reproduce

1. Connect to a network via WIFI.
2. Toggle Bluetooth in Windows' system tray.
3. WSA's network adapter recreates its network, causing active network connections to drop.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Network connection remains connected when Bluetooth is toggled.

❌ Actual Behavior

Toggling Bluetooth at Windows causes WSA to reset its connected network object, causing network connections to drop.
