Elevation shadows rendering bug

Steps to reproduce

A similar issue had been already reported #178 but nothing happend since then and the issue is closed now. But elevation rendering is still broken compared to native Android or Android Emulator.

You can see that the WSA elevation shadow is much more blurred and has visual artifacts compared to the emulator elevation shadow.

It looks like the elevation outline is calculated wrong and/or additional insets are applied.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I would expect correct rendering of elevation shadows.
