Sync Windows accent color with Android Material theme

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Android currently doesn't sync or use accent colors being used by Windows, apps that use the new Material UI are instead stuck on blue colors. It's possible to change this manually but requires having root access using unofficial WSA builds, something that Microsoft doesn't support

Describe the solution you'd like

An option to sync Windows accent colors with Android so the design appears more consistent. Currently Android uses the blue theme regardless as there's no wallpaper set on the Android side of things and hence it doesn't know what to do with the colors

Describe alternatives you've considered

The accent colors can be changed manually using root and a separate app, but it requires sideloading a build with root access which is something Microsoft doesn't offer support for
