Replace Android default emojis with the Windows Fluent Emojis would bring a more consistence Windows11 experience to WSA.

Please no! 😅 Google's Noto Emoji is fully open source and very colourful. See: https://googlefonts.github.io/noto-emoji-animation/

OH HELL NAW, I dislike the windows emojis. The AOSP emojis look far better
