Part of the app is obscured after resuming from full screen mode

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch an application

  2. Maximize its window 屏幕截图_20221123_214752

  3. Press F11 to make it full screen 屏幕截图_20221123_214712

  4. Press F11 again to exit full screen

✔️ Expected Behavior

Automatically adjust the display range after exiting full screen, the content is not obscured 屏幕截图_20221123_214752

❌ Actual Behavior

The display range is not automatically adjusted after exiting full screen, and the content is obscured 屏幕截图_20221123_214809

Any application will run into this problem. Above I have used the Material 3 Catalog with the long list inside to demonstrate this.
