Support for aws s3 provider

First, great tool and thank you so much for putting it open-source!

I would like to extend VoTT so it can be used with an aws s3 provider. I guess the main thing it would require is to add a definition of a new provider following the example of https://github.com/microsoft/VoTT/blob/master/src/providers/storage/azureBlobStorage.ts.

Am I right? I would gladly help on this even if I'm not really familiar with aws APIs.

Hello! You are correct, if you make an S3 provider using the azure blob provider as an example an open a PR following the contribution guidelines here, we would love to review it and add it to the tool

Got a busy scheduler and can't look into the development myself, but I'm pretty much interested in having this feature and also helping a bit with the development.
