Region adjustment keyboard shortcuts not working

Describe the bug When using Ctrl+any arrow key, Ctrl+Shift+any arrow key, Ctrl+Alt+any arrow key Vott does not save the changes. Visually it works, but moving to the next image and back again resets the region to its previous state.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any project with images
2. Create any region and assign a tag
3. Press Ctrll+ArrowRight repeatedly
4. Press ArrowDown
5. Press ArrowUp
6. The region has reverted to the state in step 2

Expected behavior Region should be in the state at the end of step 3

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser: Chrome 91
• Version: 2.2.0
• Electron version of app, but earlier versions have been tried too back to 2.0.0
