TypeScript Run bun in CI

I wish we had allow-failure to make this more reasonable, but bun is getting stabler so this may be okay.

As of 1.0.17, this hangs: bun run --bun test --no-lint

Actually, it's not hanging, it's just really, really slow. It definitely worked before:

I tried doing npx [email protected] to go back a few versions but apparently bun mistakenly reexecs my global install and runs 1.0.17 again. Even happens when I use downloaded binaries. If I remove my global install, it just runs node which is not helpful, even when I symlink it into $HOME/.local/bin to get it back into PATH.

Resorting to explicitly globally installing bun ... I can bisect to this having changed between v1.0.7 and v1.0.8. v1.0.7 makes progress, but v1.0.8's CPU usage falls down to nothing.

Still broken in 1.0.18. I'll try to file a bug.
