We need to implement a new design for the settings section of the application, specifically for the "SettingsExpander" functionality. This new implementation aims to enhance the visual appearance and usability of the existing template.

The "SettingsExpander" will allow grouping multiple "SettingsCards" into a single collapsible group, making it easier to organize and access different configurations. Additionally, this new design is expected to bring a more appealing and modern aesthetic to the settings template.

This could be interesting but, we need to add an extra dependency for that (Toolkit Labs).

@humbertomoli99 @Mysterious-Dev 100% agree, we need to improve the Settings experience (amd move to a ComboBox vs. the RadioButtons for theme slection.

We expect the SettingsExpander to move from Labs into the next release of the main Toolkit in ~next month or so - so then we wouldn't need an extra Nuget feed.
