Building Self-Contained App Fails

Describe the bug

Whenever I attempt to set the project to SelfContained and then build it, the build process fails and the following error code is displayed.

has exited with code 3221226107 (0xc000027b).

To Reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Could you clarify what options you chose in the wizard for your project and how you're setting the project to SelfContained?
