Opening a new issue for the outstanding questions on issue https://github.com/microsoft/WindowsTemplateStudio/issues/4056:

  • [ ] Should CanDragItems be disabled too? External issue: https://github.com/microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml/issues/4136
  • [ ] Reenable drag and drop on items once there is a way to check if the drag and drop action. External issue: microsoft/microsoft-ui-xaml#4135
