@vnnw the Dockerfile in #36 shows you how to install this on Ubuntu, or you can the container on CentOS 7

Thanks a lot. I installed it on the Ubuntu Virtual Machine to debug locally. It turns out that there's nothing to debug in Python because the c++ library is called directly.
