About SEAL.sln file in github repo

I watched the video on Installing Microsoft SEAL on Windows, I follow the steps here, but the SEAL.sln file here does not come when I clone the repo. I'm wondering what the problem is.

I'm not affiliated with the project in any way. Based on a quick read of the readme.

I would suggest that the video you're following is outdated and you should use CMake to generate the solution file.
