Question about data availability in South Korea

Hello, I am a user working for ESRI Korea and I am learning about global open source road & building data.

However, it seems that both this road data project and the MS building footprint project do not have data of South Korea in the download list. I would like to ask if you have created the data but have not released it yet, or if South Korea was excluded from the project from the beginning. If there is data for Korea, how can I check it like this open source data?
