Your code pred_liver.py provides how to draw a Grid, what is the meaning of Grid visualization? How to judge whether the Grid is correct? The displacement and Grid I draw like this:

I don't think there is a connection between the two pictures.

This is a picture of your paper, the Grid column does not have a similar appearance to other columns. Could you explain why?
